1. Data Controller

Cold Tech Servicii S.R.L., headquartered at Str. I.L. Caragiale nr. 20, București, Sector 2, C.U.I. RO17157841, Trade Registry no. J40/1323/2005 (referred to as “Coldtech”), is the personal data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Depending on your interaction with the website, we may collect: first and last name, delivery/billing address, email address, phone number, data about orders placed, as well as technical browsing data (IP address, device/browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.

  • Processing and delivery of orders, invoicing, order-related communication;
  • Responding to requests submitted through the contact form;
  • Improving the website and browsing experience (traffic analysis);

Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned, and for the period required by tax/accounting legislation (generally 10 years for financial-accounting documents).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
